What do you get?

Never quite sure what type of roast your prefer? Find out by trying our Traditional Bundle! In this bundle you’ll get 3 bags of specialty coffee, roasted in origin and delivered to your doorstep:

1 bag of Medium Roast
1 bag of Dark Roast
1 bag of Guatemalan Espresso Roast

We use the same green beans for all these coffees, the only difference is the roast profile our Roast Master, Evelin, uses. It’s a great way to define your preferences, enjoy a little variety in your mug, and, in general, start your day with impact!

Medium Roast

The coffee that started it all for us! Our medium roast is light enough that it allows some of the delicate sweet orange notes naturally found in the coffee seeds to shine through amongst the more powerful caramel and chocolate flavors. It is exceptionally balanced with a natural sweetness, smooth body, and an amazing aftertaste. This is our most popular roast in Guatemala.

Guatemalan Espresso

Characterized by creaminess, complex dark chocolate and lush black cherry that wraps up in a sweet, caramel finish, this Guatemalan espresso is a flexible coffee that shines as a pure, stand-alone shot, luxurious espresso-based treat, or even in a fancy specialty method like a V60.

Dark Roast

Our most popular roast amongst our Chica Bean family in the United States, our Dark Roast brings the strong coffee flavor without any bitterness. Flavor notes highlight dark chocolate, cacao nibs, and roasted nuts in a full, rich body. The perfect coffee for those who love to add milk to their brew!

Freshness	Your coffee will be roasted 1 or 2 days before it is shipped to you directly from our roastery in Guatemala. After leaving us, it usually takes around 3 days to arrive at your doorstep, meaning you receive your coffee within a week of it being roasted

The Guatemalan Medium roast is excellent, smooth, tasty, no sweeteners needed. So much better than typical American roasts which are so bitter, plus the proceeds go directly to the growers. You have a customer for life!
