Why Honey Bunn?

We originally developed this bright and cheerful coffee blend specifically to serve at our cafe. We wanted something that would be delicious even made as a plain old batch brew. Like many restaurants, we use the infamous coffee machine called a “Bunn” for our batch brews and were determined to ensure our specialty coffee was able to shine no matter how easy the preparation process.

After many trials, we settled on this combination of Honey Process and Washed Process, both which sport a lively Medium Roast. The Honey Process lends its happy touch of citric sweetness while the Washed Medium Roast creates an impressive balance of smooth chocolate and body.

Depending your preference, you could pronounce the name “Boon” as we do in Spanish, or enjoy the reminder of the sweet, sticky childhood favorite snack by saying it “Honey Bunn.” With it’s beautifully sweet notes, we couldn’t ask for a better association!

COFFEE SUGGESTIONS

As this blend was developed for a plain ole coffee maker, you can bet your socks that it shines in that wonderfully simply machine. However, we’ve been pleasantly surprised at how well it holds its own when brewed in every method we’ve tried. From Aeropress to Chemex to French Press, this coffee brings joy no matter how it’s brewed. We recommend always trying the first 2 sips of your cup of coffee without any additives to experience its natural goodness. After, if it’s your preference, a bit of sweetener or a splash of creamer doesn’t harm this coffee one bit.
