The coffee that started it all for us! Our medium roast allows some of the delicate sweet orange notes to shine amongst the more powerful caramel and milk chocolate flavors. As with all our coffee, it is exceptionally balanced with a natural sweetness, full body, and an amazing aftertaste. This is our most popular roast in Guatemala.
Our most popular roast amongst our Chica Bean family in the United States, our Dark Roast brings the strong coffee flavor without any bitterness. Flavor notes highlight chocolate, brown sugar, and a full, rich body. The perfect coffee for those who love to add milk to their brew!
Sweet and smooth, bright and ever so vibrant, this coffee truly embodies the spirit of the golden elixir it’s named after. With hints of Molasses, apricot, cacao and roasted nuts, this is a complex coffee achieved with a processing strategy that helps communities save water while creating unique and beautiful coffee.
Drying the coffee seeds with all the fruit still on them gives this coffee notes of balanced fruit with a tartness that shines from the background and a sweetness that leaves you wanting more. It is sweet and juicy with hints of chocolate and red wine and a long, sweet finish that highlights dried plums.
