What You Get

Have you heard about the various coffee processing techniques but still not sure how the differ in taste? Not quite sure which process you prefer? Find out by trying our Premium Bundle! In this bundle you’ll get 3 bags of specialty coffee, roasted in origin and delivered to your doorstep:

1 bag of Natural Process
1 bag of Experimental Washed Process
1 bag of Honey Process (SORRY! We’re currently out Honey and waiting to be able to pick it up from our producer. Until then, we’ll replace the Honey Process with our crowd pleasing Impact Blend)

All the green beans for all these coffees come from similar places and are roasted with a medium profile; the only difference is how they were processed and dried (pre-roasting). It’s a great way to define your preferences, enjoy a little variety in your mug, and, in general, start your day with impact!

Honey Process

While we wait until we get our new Honey Process, we’re sending our Impact Blend instead, an incredible mix of our Espresso with Natural Process that yields nothing less than a hug in a mug!

Sweet and smooth, bright and ever so vibrant, this coffee truly embodies the spirit of the golden elixir it’s named after. With hints of Molasses, apricot, cacao, and roasted nuts, this is a complex coffee achieved with a processing strategy that helps communities save water while creating unique and undeniably beautiful coffee.

Natural Process

Drying the coffee seeds with all the fruit still on them is an great way to save water during processing, but it is also the key to creating an exceptionally unique coffee. This process gives this coffee notes of balanced fruit with a tartness that shines from the background and a sweetness that leaves you wanting more. It is sweet and juicy with hints of chocolate and red wine and a long, sweet finish that highlights dried plums.

Best Batch

Our way to ensure that producers are being directly rewarded for growing high-quality coffee and that you, our customer, are enjoying the absolute best that our Chica’s are creating. Our Best Batch is an experimental washed coffee with an extended fermentation and the addition of yeast. This special fermentation process brings out a spark of juicy acidity amidst the sweet, chocolatey foundation of this coffee that will have you ready for another cup before you’ve even finished your first one!
