THE INTERNSHIP
From the expected (like how to process a fruit into a coffee bean and the importance of customer surveys) to the wild (like degasification and syphons), the 2025 6th grade girls from Hope Academy have delved into the science, business, and realities of the coffee industry. Together with the Chica Bean female coffee professionals, we brewed, tasted, roasted, bubbled, designed, surveyed, packaged, and pushed papers (that was probably their least favorite day)!

THE COFFEE
· Washed Process
· Medium Roast
· Sweet & Balanced
Creciendo Juntas Coffee is an easy-drinking, everyday brew with a sweet, balanced profile and a smooth finish. It’s the kind of cup you can happily drink all day—and every bag directly supports girls’ education at Hope Academy through scholarships, meals, school supplies, and more.
FLYING FORWARD IN THEIR EDUCATION
As part of the logistics lesson, our shipping partners at UPS/CAEX even invited us to tour the airport and get up close and personal with how the products are exported. It was an amazing and eye opening experience for all!
From learning how much work goes into making a seed into a drink to training the palette to find flavors beyond just bitter (and maybe more importantly, to stop using sugar), this program has expanded the girls’ horizons in a practical, safe, and realistically accessible way. We look forward to continuing this internship program. Your purchase will directly go to supporting further educational and mentorship programs like this, so drink up the good!

THEIR STORY
In past years, interns focused mostly on the coffee itself. This year, the girls wanted something different. They chose to highlight their story—growing up together, facing challenges side by side, and discovering that they’re not just classmates, but a family that supports and lifts each other up.
Creciendo Juntas Coffee celebrates that journey of “growing together” and creating something bigger than themselves. It’s a limited-time release from the 2025 Hope Academy interns—so grab a bag while you can and be part of their story.
