A solid washed process coffee from one of our chicas that produce in the community of San Antonio las Flores, Mataquescuintla, Jalapa at an altitude of 1600 mals (meters above sea level) to 1900 masl.
The notes you find in the final cup will of course depend quite heavily on the roast you use but in general, these seeds create an exceptionally balanced brew with sweet chocolate and caramel flavors, which is typical of the Mataquescuintla region.
This is a very flexible coffee so our only suggestion is to not be afraid to play! Light, Dark, Espresso… you can’t go wrong with these seeds!
